Palouse

The Palouse is an incredibly fertile agricultural area of the northwestern United States, largely found in north central Idaho, and southeastern Washington.  Primarily producing wheat and legumes, the Palouse farmland is especially picturesque year-round, made up of vast areas of rolling silt dunes formed during the Ice Age. Larry visited the Palouse with his camera during a smoky period (Thanks, seasonal wildfires!) so he spent some time photographing different perspectives of farm life.
